ANNUAL CLAM BAKE
Saturday, September 10th
The price per dinner with all the extras is $23.00 and an extra Dozen Clams is $8.00. Kid’s meals (Hot dogs) are available for $5.00 and are limited to children. Chicken dinners (a bake less the clams) are available to those who do not eat clams for $15.00. Guests are welcome at the same cost.
Serving time will be approximately 5:00 PM.
Dinner reservations must be made in advance, no later than September 7th at 10:00 PM. But PLEASE make them as early as possible. Tickets will be paid for and picked up at the dinner.
The ranges will be open until 4:00 PM including a Fun Shoot on a 50-yard bay from 2:00-4:00 PM.
Volunteers are needed in all areas; preparation, serving and clean up. We would love for someone to step up and coordinate games for this event and the Steak Roast next year.
Tickets can be reserved by email (preferred method) at crookedcreekevent_AT_gmail_DOT_com or by calling Brett and Patty Sloan at 440-357-8041. In your message, let us know how many tickets you would like. All orders will be confirmed by return email or phone call.
NOTE ON DINNERS:
This is a rain or shine event. Due to members signing up for dinners and then not showing up, our club policy is; if you sign up for a dinner and do not show and do not cancel in advance, you will be assessed on the following year’s dues statement. These dinners are put on at no profit to the club. When people do not show, the club and fellow members take the loss.
New ads for rifle brass (Win .308 and 7.62 x 51) and a CR Speed belt and mag pouches.
