Special Classifier Newsletter

37 hot, sweaty, shooters (and 10 Reshoots) blazed through four classifiers on June 30th. Let me explain the results. If you shot twice in the same division, your higher classifier score was sent into USPSA. If you shot in two different divisions, both classifier scores were sent in. If you shot the same division twice, only the first attempt is included in the match results posted here. Since three shooters competed twice in the same division, that is why there are 44 (37 plus 7) total shooters for the match results.

Thanks for your cooperation and staying safe while shooting back at the 200 yard berm. I think the match went as smoothly and quickly as possible. And if you have a 5 gallon water jug, please consider bringing it, full of ice and water of course, when the temperatures are high (over 75).

Our next match is on Sunday, July 14th. Set up will start Saturday night (July 13) at 5:15 PM, please come out and help. Only Ed and myself were out to setup the Classifier match on Saturday night. Since we could not start until 6PM, we did not get the setup completed and it had to be finished Sunday morning. It really goes much quicker with 5 to 6 people working. Could this be why the nearest clubs are in Erie, Pittsburgh, Columbus and Detroit??? Plan on helping at least one Saturday night this year. If your schedule won't permit shooting on Sunday, come out and help Saturday night and shoot afterwards.

Ask Bill Attamante about joining Crooked Creek Pistol League for $20.00. Your match fee is reduced by $5.00 and you get an invite to the end of the year banquet.
